Maxus Properties, Inc. has been in business since 1987. During the 1990’s Maxus responded to the change in the rental markets and the opportunities created through syndication of Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Maxus currently operates rental housing of every income level and continues to have substantial operations with market properties as well as with those under various affordable housing programs. New Acquisition - In October 2011, MLake21, L.L.C. purchased Northwest Hills, a 126 unit apartment community in Little Rock, Arkansas.
New Management Opportunity - In June 2011, Maxus assumed management of the Cold Storage Lofts, a 224 unit renovated historic loft community in downtown Kansas City, MO.
New Acquisition - In June 2011, Bogey Hills Acquisition, L.L.C purchased The Villages of Bogey Hills, a 486 unit apartment community in St. Charles, MO.
New Management Opportunity - In June 2011, Maxus assumed management of Fairfax Bluffs Apartments, a 254 unit apartment community in Kansas City, KS.
New Acquisition - In June 2011, Glen Acquisition, L.L.C purchased The Glen at Polo Park Apartments, a 356 unit luxury residential apartment community located in Bentonville, Arkansas.
New Acquisition - In May 2011, Tenants in Common (TIC's) representing the Centennial Park Apartments contributed their interests into the property to a newly formed limited liability company, Centennial Park Kansas, L.L.C. Centennial Park Apartments, a 170 unit residential apartment community located in Overland Park, KS.
New Acquisition - In May 2011, Tenants in Common (TIC's) representing the Wild Oak Apartments contributed their interests into the property to a newly formed limited liability company, Wildoak Aquisition, L.L.C. Wild Oak Apartments a 348 unit apartment community located in North Kansas City, Missouri.
